The promo is open to customers who will purchase a qualifying product from April 29 – May 31,2022.
Upon purchase, customer must visit lenovophpromos.com and provide the following details:
Full Name (Must be same as seen on invoice of purchased product)
Date of Purchase
Item Purchased (select from dropdown menu)
MTM (Part number) – e.g. 8XXXXXXXX
Serial Number – e.g. PFXXXXXX
Store name (where item was purchased)
Upload scanned copy of valid ID (valid ID must be of the person whose name appears on the invoice of purchased product)
Sales Invoice of the purchased product
Any inaccurate information will invalidate the claim and is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to Lenovo Philippines to amend.
Claims must be submitted by the end-customer only. Resellers/Retailers may not submit claims on behalf of the customer.
Once documents are validated, the customer will receive the email confirmation after ten (10) business days.
Claiming is until July 31, 2022 only (60 days from end of promo). Failure to fill up the claim form within this period will invalidate any claims, thereafter.
Upon successful validation of claim form, customer will receive the corresponding free items depending on SKU purchased as listed in the mechanics (if eligible and valid). The free items will be prepared up to 10 working days from the time email confirmation was sent. Shipping time will depend on the freebie and delivery address of customer.
Delivery cost of the freebies will not be shouldered by Lenovo Philippines and will be shouldered by the customer.
Lenovo Philippines will not be liable for failed deliveries due to missing information or other causes. All succeeding redeliveries will still be shouldered by the customer and is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to Lenovo Philippines to redeliver. 3 failed delivery attempts will deem the claim invalid, thereafter.
Lenovo Philippines reserves the right to refuse or delay delivery to locations that it deems unsafe/unreachable if the delivery location is still declared, at the time, under Community Quarantine. In this case, an alternative delivery address may be requested from the customer.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or offers.
The freebies are not convertible to cash, special discount, or any other product.
Lenovo peripherals are covered by 3 months warranty
This offer is not open to employees of Lenovo Philippines, their affiliates, PR and advertising agency, suppliers and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Corporate purchase and wholesale orders are not valid for this promotion.
Only purchases from authorized resellers qualify for the promo.
Maximum of three (3) purchases per customer only for the entire duration of the promo.
